The Maltese Cross
The Maltese Cross is best seen during early June when the arrays of silver, blue and white plants are in full bloom. The cross is made up of Sisyrinchium, Rue, Iris, Delphinium, Campanula and Anaphalis with a large Scottish Thistle in the centre.
The Rainbow Border
Behind the Maltese Cross lies the Rainbow Border. Planted in blocks of striking colours ranging from whites, yellows, reds, pinks and blues; it is home to plants such as Acanthus, Ballota, Tamarix and Colletia.
